Even more exciting was that I was able to meet my on-line/texting friend, Ashley {from Under the Sycamore}, in real life. If you're familiar with her via her blog or Instagram, let me just tell you...in real life, she's all that you think she is...and more. Kindness, gentleness, and sweetness...mixed with a scoop of humor and a pinch of sarcasm.
She watched me wield some of my negotiating magic, working out a few deals, and asked to post a few of my bargaining tips over on her blog today.

Loved all your tips on Ashley's blog, Erin! I'm completely and utterly green with envy over the fact that you went to Whatever Craft Weekend. :-) I added that to my Amazon wish list last year as a hint for my husband....maybe when we get back to the mainland.
